দলবদ্ধ হয়ে কাজের আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে। সমস্যা সমাধানে পারদর্শী হতে হবে। বাংলা ও ইংরেজি ভাষায় সাবলীল হতে হবে।
চাপ সামলে কাজের আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে। কম্পিউটার চালনায় দক্ষতার পাশাপাশি মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ড, এক্সেল ও পাওয়ার পয়েন্ট বিষয়ে জানাশোনা থাকতে হবে।
বেতন ও সুযোগ সুবিধা : প্রবেশনকালীন বিষয়ে ২৬০০০ টাকা। তবে প্রবেশন শেষে ৩৬০০০ টাকা প্রদান করা হবে। এছাড়াও প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতিমালা অনুসারে অন্যান্য সুবিধা প্রদান করা হবে।
