Job Description / Responsibility

Handset replacement (warranty) process monitoring, validation and check whether replacement is done according to the company policy from Service Center/Plaza/Distributor Network.
Coordination with sales and service team to ensure smooth replacement/return process and complete the procedure on time.
Replacement cost analysis, competitor’s process analysis, report generation and communication with concern team.
Regular Service point/Market visit and oversee the customer feedback on replacement issues.
Regular handset returns (distributor adjustment) and replacement reporting to the Authority.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline
BSc in EEE) / Telecommunication -Preferable

Experience: Not mandatory

Job Requirements

Age 24 to 30 years
Analytical Skill, Communication skill (English & Bangla),
Expertise on using MS Excel,
Detail oriented
