স্বীকৃত যেকোনো শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে কম্পিউটার সায়েন্স, কম্পিউটার সায়েন্স অ্যান্ড ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং, ইলেকট্রিক্যাল অ্যান্ড ইলেকট্রনিকস ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং, ইলেকট্রিক্যাল অ্যান্ড টেলিকমিউনিকেশন ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বিষয়ে বিএসসি প্রার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন। প্রার্থীর ছয় থেকে আট বছরের কাজের পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। এসকিউএল, পিএল / এসকিউএল প্রোগ্রামিংয়ে দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। লিনাক্স সার্ভার অ্যাডমিনিস্ট্রেশনে দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
