Position: Manager, CRM, Marketing | ||
Job Responsibilities:Manage day to day operations of My Aarong Rewards and Club Taaga loyalty programs including registration management, resolving technical system issues, customer service issues, and campaign deploymentsEnsure membership base growth through initiatives and build subsequent loyalty through repeat purchases, growth of average basket value, and overall customer lifecycle managementDesign and implement special events to reach prospective and existing members as well as develop marketing techniques that will drive new customer acquisitionPlan and execute seasonal partnership campaigns and promotional offers for loyalty membersKeep membership base updated on the latest campaigns through multi-channel marketing strategiesDesign micro-segmentation campaigns using recency, frequency, monetary (RFM) methods, and ensure ‘always on’ personalized communicationsProvide management insightful data on membership base through periodic presentations and reportsOversee the voice of customer management through call center and feedback channels. Ensure management level reporting and undertake long term development projectsDrive on-going market research and product development projectsWork closely with the retail and marketing department to execute campaign communications | ||
Qualifications: | ||
Education:A Bachelor Degree (preferably a BBA) from any reputed university Experience:5-6 years of work experience in customer relationship management Additional Requirements:Knowledge on ATL, BTL, TTL strategies, online/offline media, digital marketing tools, marketing mix, international marketing strategy, e-commerce, and project managementKnowledge of budgeting and campaign managementShould have expertise in content development, multitasking, planning, and evaluationMust have effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills | ||
