Position: Senior Officer/ Principal Officer, Trade Finance

Type of Employment: Parmanent

Department: Trade Finance

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities

Foreign export document negotiation and local export discounting
Monitoring overdue export collection and accepted bills (collection) & weekly report to management
Processing of cash incentive file
L/C advising, Import LC and amendment Bangladesh Bank Online Reporting daily basis
Settlement of export proceed through Bangladesh Bank and inter-branch
Document update related to export
Maintenance of Stamping Foreign Bill, issuance of Short shipment & other certificate
Collecting payment instruction from customer
Import documents receive and check
Endorsement of import documents for release to the customer

Educational Qualification & Other Competencies

Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in any discipline from reputed universities with satisfactory academic track record
Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in a Bank or Financial Institution and preferably dealing in Trade Finance activities
Any kinds of professional certification in trade operations will have added advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
Knowledge on local business & economic situation depends on nature & area
Strong Command over Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Position: Executive, Sales

Job Responsibilities

Achieve set targets in terms of deposit and advances (Retail/ Corporate)
Being well informed about the Products and Propositions of the Bank as well as its competitors to enhance business growth
Survey market to explore business opportunity
Increase the customer base
Analyze the credit worthiness of the potential borrower
Provide friendly and responsive customer service by using skills for excellent customer service
Strict adherence of internal and external compliance guideline
Prepare reports as per management requirement
Help the BM to handle customer complaints in a positive manner and converting complaints into service improvement opportunities

Educational Qualification & Other Competencies

Minimum graduate in Business or related subject from any reputed Public/Private/Foreign University with good academic track record
Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in relevant field
Experience in dealing with Car Loan Sales/ Operations shall be given preference
Should have basic Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation)
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skill
Proactive, passionate and with a can do attitude
Ability and willing to work under stress, ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner
Honest and carries high personal integrity
Should have a good knowledge of local banking laws, regulations, and Negotiable Instrument Act
Should have initiative and drive to achieve set targets and service standards

Attend internal and external meetings and training of relevant role and take part in making changes to policies and procedures as a result of this
Can be assigned for customer service, cash, loan, Trade etc.
Any other development activity assigned by the management

Job Responsibilities

Present concept visualization based on requirements (sketches, drawings, illustrations etc.)
Integrate technical and visual solutions into a design concept
Bank website/ different portal management
Develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing
Using graphic design and other relevant software
Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral

Educational Qualification & Other Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic arts, Design, Communications, Fine Arts or related field
Freshers are encouraged to apply

Advanced skill in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw)
