পদের নাম : ট্রেইনি সেলস অফিসার/ সেলস অফিসার। পদের সংখ্যা : ৬৪। আবেদন যোগ্যতা : কমপক্ষে স্নাতক পাস। পদ সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে ১-২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
ব্যাংকিং ও নন ব্যাংকিং ফাইন্যান্সিয়াল প্রতিষ্ঠানে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে। তবে অনভিজ্ঞরাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
প্রার্থীর বয়সসীমা ২৪-৩৫ বছরের মধ্যে হতে হবে।
নারী ও পুরুষ উভয় আবেদন করতে পারবেন। যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা, ইন্টারপারসোনাল স্কিল ও আত্মবিশ্বাস থাকতে হবে।
চূড়ান্ত নিয়োগের পর বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো স্থানে কাজের আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।
