প্রার্থীর বয়সসীমা ২৫-৩৫ বছরের মধ্যে হতে হবে। বাংলা ও ইংরেজি ভাষায় সাবলীল হতে হবে। কম্পিউটার চালাতে জানতে হবে। চূড়ান্ত নিয়োগের পর ঢাকায় কাজের আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।
