দায়িত্বসমূহ : 

১. জাতীয় সমসাময়িক ঘটনা সম্পর্কে অবগত থাকা;

২. সাংবাদিকতা পেশার নৈতিক নিয়মাবলী মেনে চলা;

৩. কর্মক্ষেত্রে সবার সঙ্গে সুসম্পর্ক রক্ষা করা; 

৪. সহজ ভাষায় প্রতিবেদন তৈরি করা;

৫. নতুন বিষয় সম্পর্কে জানার আগ্রহ থাকা;

৬. যেকোনো পর্যায়ের ব্যক্তির সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ রাখা ।

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা : 

আগ্রহী প্রার্থীকে ইউজিসি অনুমোদিত যেকোনো বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে স্নাতক / সমমান পাস হতে হবে । 

অন্যান্য যোগ্যতাসমূহ : 

১. আগ্রহী প্রার্থীর উচ্চারণ অবশ্যই শুদ্ধ হতে হবে;

২. সংশ্লিষ্ট জেলার স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা হতে হবে, এক্ষেত্রে জেলা সদরের বাসিন্দাদের অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে;

৩. আগ্রহী প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই আত্মবিশ্বাসী হতে হবে;

৪. বাংলা এবং ইংরেজী দুই ভাষাতেই দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে;

৫. দেশের সমসাময়িক ঘটনা সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে;

৬. আগ্রহী প্রার্থীর বয়স ২২ থেকে ৩৫ বছর এর মধ্যে হতে হবে;

অভিজ্ঞতা :

টেলিভিশনে কাজ করা অভিজ্ঞদের অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে ।

Others Requirements: 

1. Interested candidates must have accurate pronunciation skills,
2. Must be a Permanent resident of the district concerned, in this case, the residents of the district sadar will be given priority;
3. Interested candidates must be confident;
4. Must be proficient in both Bengali and English;
5. Must be updated about contemporary events in the country; 
6. Interested candidates should be between 22 to 35 years of age.

Experience:

Television experience will get preference.
