পদের নাম : রিজিওনাল ম্যানেজার/ ম্যানেজার। পদের সংখ্যা : ১। আবেদন যোগ্যতা : যেকোনো বিষয়ে স্নাতক পাস। তবে যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা, নেগশিয়েশন করার সক্ষমতা, সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের দক্ষতা ও নেতৃত্বের গুণাবলী থাকতে হবে। 

পদ সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে কমপক্ষে ৮-১২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। প্রার্থীর বয়সসীমা ৩২-৪০ বচর। তবে চূড়ান্ত নিয়োগের পর বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো স্থানে কাজের আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।
