পদ সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে ২-৩ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। ব্রাঞ্চ ব্যাংকিং ও ক্যাশ ম্যানেজমেন্ট বিষয়ে জানাশোনা থাকতে হবে। প্রার্থীর বয়সসীমা ৩৪ বছর বছর।
চূড়ান্ত নিয়োগের পর ঢাকায় কাজ করতে হবে। তবে যেকোনো সময় দেশের যেকোনো স্থানে বদলে হলে কাজের আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।
বেতন ও সুযোগ সুবিধা : মাসিক বেতন আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে। কোম্পানির নীতিমালা অনুসারে অন্যান্য সুবিধা প্রদান করা হবে।
