Job Responsibilities
- Creative Graphics Designer to create Logo, Brand Identity & special High-End Website Design including Brochure Design, Flyer Design, Book Design, Poster Design, Paper Ad Design, Billboard Design, Corporate Profile, Greeting card, Visiting card etc.
- Brochure and newsletter layout and design.
- Skilled and advanced knowledge in Windows-based software including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
- Skilled and advanced knowledge in generating graphical content for social media.
- Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, logos, and websites with Adobe Illustrator Software.
- Expertise in Digital & Print Design and Publication works
- Engage in various digital branding activities

Electrical Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Planning and Execution of all electrical related works at real estate development projects
- Execution, installation, commissioning, monitoring, drawing, planning, and controlling of all electrical and fire protection system works in projects
- Verification of all types of electrical equipment’s installations, wiring, fixtures, etc. according to the drawings
- Keep constant liaison and attend meetings with management, contractors, consultants, architects, team members, and other stakeholders
- Perform electrical systems & wiring related planning, drawing, and calculations.
- Ensure electrical safety & security of the project site
- Scheduling electrical works and ensure timely completion
- Solving various electrical-related issues
- Design of protection schemes, substation layouts, and other plant area electrical layouts
- Testing of electrical equipment to ensure that products meet specifications and codes. Inspection of all electrical equipment and materials delivered
- Assist installation, maintenance & commissioning of all types of substations (LT panel, HT panel, PFI panel, AVS, IVS, ATS) and Elevators on all ongoing projects
- Co-coordination & maintenance of all types of electromechanical works and maintenance programs where relevant
- Supervise the making & installation of MDB board, SDB board, canopy, etc.
