নেতৃত্বের গুণাবলী, সেলস, কাস্টমার সার্ভিস, ইন্টারপারসোনাল স্কিল, যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা, বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক ও আইন সংক্রান্ত বিষয়ে জানাশোনা থাকতে হবে। চূড়ান্ত নিয়োগের পর চট্টগ্রাম, কক্সবাজার ও ঢাকায় কাজের আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।
