পদ সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে ন্যূনতম ২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। তবে পিএল/ এসকিউএল ল্যাঙ্গুয়েজ, ওরাকল/ এসকিউএল সার্ভার, মাই এসকিউএল অ্যান্ড আর/পাইথন পাওয়ার বিআই বিষয়ে জানাশোনা থাকতে হেব।

এসএমই ব্যাংকিং সম্পর্কে সম্যক ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
