অনভিজ্ঞরাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন। প্রার্থীর বয়সসীমা ২৪-৩০ বছরের মধ্যে হতে হবে। শুধুমাত্র পুরুষ প্রার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। বাংলা ও ইংরেজি ভাষায় সাবলীল হতে হবে। এমএস অফিস ও ই-কমিউনিকেশন বিষয়ে জানাশোনা থাকতে হবে।
চূড়ান্ত নিয়োগের পর বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো স্থানে কাজের আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।
বেতন ও সুযোগ সুবিধা : মাসিক বেতন আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে। কোম্পানির নীতিমালা অনুসারে মোবাইল বিল, প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড, ইনস্যুরেন্স, পারফরমেন্স বোনাস, প্রফিট শেয়ার, সেলারি রিভিউ ও বছরে তিনটি বোনাস প্রদান করা হবে।

Runner Motorcycles officially got approval as a bike manufacturer in 2011 and now has state-of-the-art manufacturing processes at its factory in Bhaluka, which has a production capacity of 100,000 motorcycles annually with the help of over 300 agile factory personnel and sells over 30,000 units yearly. The factory has facilities of a press shop, weld shop, paint shop, engine assembly conveyor, vehicle assembly conveyor, component quality control, central quality control section, stores/OBL & research and development. The factory is getting facilitated with the biggest and most advanced component testing facility. It ensures the brands focus on the top-of-the-line quality products and continuous growth on it. The government also came up with tariff and tax discounts on the import of the parts of bikes to support the endeavor to set up manufacturing facilities.
