শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
স্বীকৃত যেকোনো বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে যেকোনো বিষয়ে স্নাতক অথবা স্নাতকোত্তর পাস প্রার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন। তবে সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ, যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা ও দলবদ্ধ হয়ে কাজের আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে। প্রার্থীর ছয় থেকে ১১ বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। তবে সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ, যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা ও দলবদ্ধ হয়ে কাজের আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে। ৩০ থেকে অনূর্ধ্ব-৩৬ বছর বয়স পর্যন্ত আবেদন করা যাবে।
