The Economic and Market System`s Specialist will facilitate and implement market systems activities of the project through the bridge phase to sustainably foster linkage between national level based lead firms and Upazila and Union based MSMEs. She/he will lead the facilitation of DreamSave application to adopt by the high performing VSLA groups and work with Fintech company DreamStart lab for coordinating information update, solving the technical barrier of the application. The specialist will be responsible for facilitating financial inclusion system to co-create micro-lending process with the bank and DreamStart lab in collaboration of Department of Cooperatives and VSLA Cooperatives for the VSLA members and market actors. The position holder shall lead assessments and activities selection and planning to implementation, providing recommendations to Nobo Jatra in scaling up. He/she shall be expected to contribute to analytical thinking innovative approaches, and will facilitate integration of market systems activities within NJP operations.
